Important Information to Remember:
-Trend MLS and Realtor.com allow a limited number of images to be posted. Your still shots will be emailed to you in JPEG format so that you can modify them and select which ones you would like to post onto Trend MLS. If you would like us to post your photos, we will do so for FREE. Please contact us to make arrangements to do so.
-We strongly recommend that you or your representative be present at the shoot.There, you will be able to tell us in person which scenes/shots you would like done. If you are not able to attend the shoot, we will do our very best to accomodate you and coordinate the shoot. It is our preference to have you attend the shoot to ensure that the proper photos are taken. The photo selection will be done by the ICU360.Biz photographer if you do not attend.
-We will NOT shoot scenes/photos OUTSIDE during inclement weather as the camera and equipment may be damaged. However, if you would like only indoor shots done, then we will gladly make arrangements to do the shoot.
-Additional charges may apply for tours completed outside of our main coverage area including Camden and Gloucester counties.
